Okay. So today in my lit circle,Angela made a great connection with today’s world about how people judge other people by what they hear from other people. Scout and Jem judge Boo Radley from what they have heard about the people in the neighborhood. Boo who lives in a beat down house and doesn’t come out is known as a criminal in the town. Scout and Jem are not to go outside at night because that is when Boo comes out. Scout and Jem judged Boo as a criminal due to other people’s opinions. They judged him incorrectly. They find out later that Boo is not a scary person. He is actually a nice man. Boo is very shy around people and he knew that other people judged him. Boo only peaked outside of his window because nobody would go near his house. People judge people today by if they have done terrible stuff and think they are a bad person. But when people actually meet them they feel terrible for judging them by somebody else’s opinion.
